Academic integrity
I made this for my own class, mostly because finding the right lesson in a shared Drive folder is miserable. Everything on here is material that was already handed out in class. The AI tutor is the part worth being careful about.
The three modes
Tutor
Asks you questions instead of answering them. Paste in a homework question and it will ask what you have tried so far. That is on purpose, and it is genuinely irritating when you just want the answer, which is more or less the point.
Solve
Gives full worked steps. It is here for going back over an example you already attempted, or marking yourself against a past test. Using it to copy an assignment is a decision you are making, not one the app made for you.
Practice
Writes new questions from whichever unit you pick, based on the lessons in it. They are not from your homework, so there is nothing to copy off.
It will be wrong sometimes
Not often on the typed lessons. Fairly often on the scanned handwritten ones, where it is reading someone else's pen strokes off a photo. Practice questions are only generated from lessons that have real text in them for exactly this reason. If the tutor and your teacher disagree, your teacher is right.
What gets recorded
Opening a file logs your account, the time and a rough location, and pages carry your email as a watermark. That is mostly so this material does not get reposted somewhere public. If that happens I lose access to the folder, and so does everyone else using this.
Teachers
If something on here should not be up, email me and it comes down. Same if you want your class added.
